Payton Redden
Payton’s education includes graduating from Freed Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science degree in General Science. He then completed his Masters of Physical Therapy from University of Tennessee Allied Health School in Memphis, Tennessee. He began practicing physical therapy in 2002 and opening PhysioPlus of Jackson in 2007. He has completed a post-graduate certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the MAPS organization and received the COMT certification in 2006. Payton has continued to improve his treatment techniques and knowledge base with various educational opportunities over the last 5 years.
Payton strives to stay current with rehabilitative studies and applies that knowledge to guide the day to day care provided to patients at PhysioPlus. His goals are to provide each patient with individualized care according to each unique patient’s needs and to provide the patient with an exceptional health-care experience. Payton’s excitement about quality patient care along with his dedication to continual learning translates into one of a kind care with optimal results.

Shelley Redden
Shelley’s education includes graduating from the University of Tennessee Allied Health School in Memphis, Tennessee with a Bachelors of Occupational Therapy degree in 2002. Shelley practiced in a variety of settings in the Nashville area before relocating to Jackson, Tennessee and specializing in pediatrics. She helped open PhysioPlus of Jackson in 2007 and uses her broad experience to treat a variety of patient populations at the clinic.

Rhonda Gateley
Rhonda’s education includes graduating from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2001. Rhonda relocated to West Tennessee to start a successful business with Creative Memories that continues to excel today. Rhonda joined PhysioPlus in 2007 as the administrative assistant and office manager. She is vital to the success of PhysioPlus to date performing a variety of duties in the clinic including scheduling, billing, communication with physician’s office, case managers, insurance companies and patients. Rhonda enjoys scrapbooking, watching movies, and listening to Christian music in her free time.

Nick Nordtvedt
Nick graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. He has worked as an outpatient physical therapist focusing on manual therapy in Memphis and Jackson since graduating, and he is working towards a certification in McKenzie Manual Diagnosis and Therapy.

Ellen McCadams
Ellen is a 2002 graduate of Milan High School and a 2007 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Jackson State Community College. She received her PTA license in 2007 and has since been working in the outpatient setting. Ellen joined PhysioPlus July of 2009 is an expert in exercise progression and home exercise instruction.

Brandy Davis
Brandy graduated from SSHS in 1998, then graduated from Cosmotology school in Feb 2001. She enjoys spending time with her kids, playing softball and watching sports.
